We’re after someone who sees this role as more than just answering phones or booking appointments. Do you find genuine joy in making systems run smoother, organising projects, and leaving people better off just by the way you greet them or speak to them on the phone?
If you’re the kind of person who:
… then the glass slipper may perfectly fit you!
Casual Admin Team Member
This casual position will give you the satisfaction of managing the day-to-day tasks that keep the clinic running like clockwork.
We require someone who can work 5 hours per week, with the capacity of working up to 15 hours per week when required. The pay range is $32 to $37 depending on your experience.
Key Responsibilities
The Agape Way
We do things differently, and that’s why we have thrived for the last 5 years. At Agape Physiotherapy, our culture is built around genuine care — for each other, our patients, and our community. We believe that the smile at the front desk is just as powerful as the hands-on treatment in the room.
We’re a team that’s driven, supportive, loves to have a laugh in the corridor, all whilst deeply being committed to our why: “Family looking after family.” We’re looking for someone to be the heartbeat of the clinic.
The Human Behind the Desk
We’re not just looking for admin skills. We’re looking for a certain type of person — someone who:
Loves Continuous Improvement: You’re the person who thinks, “There has to be a better way to do this,” and then actually finds it. And follows through in creating that oasis.
Believes in Rallying Together: You believe in teamwork, celebrating wins, and lifting others up when it gets tough.
Wants to Make a Difference: You’re not just after a job; you want to be part of a business that makes people’s lives better.
Is Solution-Oriented: When things get messy (and they sometimes do), you’re not one to throw your hands up. You look for the next step forward — always.
Is a Giver: You naturally look for ways to take pressure off the team. You offer help before being asked and find joy in lightening someone else’s load.
If you’ve read this far and thought, “This is so me,” — We want you to apply.
In your Cover Letter, let us know how our clinic, team and job ad has resonated with you personally – we are super excited to read this.
We can teach you the nitty gritty, but we can’t teach you team work, the extra mile and continuously improving. We care more about who you are than just what’s on your resume.
Let’s build something special together.
